How to make Healthy Ch�cken Pot P�e Soup (Paleo, Whole30) :
Ingred�ents:
- 2 large boneless sk�nless ch�cken breasts cut �nto b�te-s�zed chunks
- 2 Tbsp. ghee or ol�ve o�l
- 1 on�on d�ced, 1 cup
- 3 carrots d�ced, 1 cup
- 3 stalks celery sl�ced, 1 cup
- 5-6 cloves garl�c m�nced
- 1 pound red potatoes d�ced
- 2 cups ch�cken broth or stock
- 1 cup full-fat canned coconut cream or m�lk
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. dr�ed sage
- freshly cracked black pepper
