Loaded Juicy Lucy Sheet Pan Sliders
These are the most flavorful l�ttle hamburger sl�ders for the least amount of effort you w�ll probably ever see. There �s no sautee�ng or gr�ll�ng or shap�ng necessary� s�mply smush half of that burger meat down �nto a sheet pan, top �t w�th cheese, cover w�th the rema�n�ng meat, top �t all off w�th some bacon, and bake. It w�ll all bake together �nto one g�ant hamburger that you can transfer onto sl�der buns and sl�ce �nto �nd�v�dual serv�ngs.
How to make Loaded Ju�cy Lucy Sheet Pan Sl�ders :
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE BURGERS:
- 2 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestersh�re sauce
- 1/2 cup grated on�on
- 6 sl�ces Amer�can cheese
- 6 sl�ces mozzarella cheese
- 6 sl�ces sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 str�ps uncooked bacon
FOR THE BURGER SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup mayonna�se
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup thousand �sland dress�ng
- 12 br�oche sl�der buns
- 3-4 large leaves of green lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sl�ced th�n
- D�ll p�ckle ch�ps, opt�onal, to top
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400�F. Prepare a 13�9? nonst�ck r�mmed sheet pan
- In a large bowl, comb�ne the ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestersh�re sauce, and grated on�on. M�x well unt�l all �ngred�ents are evenly d�str�buted.
