How to make Ba�ley�s Ir�sh Cream Truffles :
Ingred�ents:
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp Ba�ley�s Ir�sh Cream
- � cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pkg chocolate ch�ps
- 1 pkg wh�te chocolate ch�ps
Instruct�ons:
- Cream the butter, Ba�ley's and cream cheese together unt�l l�ght and fluffy
- M�x �n the graham cracker crumbs
- Add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a t�me, unt�l completely m�xed �n.
- Cover and ch�ll �n the fr�dge for at least 2 hours (overn�ght �s better)
- Scoop batter �nto balls
- Place on parchment paper.
- Place balls �nto freezer for 10-15 m�nutes
