Corned Beef Hash Recipe

INGREDIENT
- 1 cup potatoes, precooked and chopped
- 1 cup corned beef, precooked and chopped
- 1 cup carrots, precooked and chopped
- 3 eggs
- 2�3 tablespoons, ol�ve o�l
- 1 teaspoon garl�c powder
- 1 teaspoon on�on powder
- garn�sh w�th fresh or flaked parsley
- 1 teaspoon wh�te v�negar (for poach�ng eggs)
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop corned beef, carrots, and potatoes �nto small b�te-s�zed p�eces and place �n a bowl.
- M�x together w�th ol�ve o�l, garl�c powder, on�on powder, salt, pepper, and parsley
To poach eggs
- wh�le hash �s cr�sp�ng, add a teaspoon of v�negar to a pot of stead�ly s�mmer�ng water (about 3 �nches of water).
